Art in the Community - Hollytrees Exhibition

An exhibition of paintings and drawings by people recovering from mental illness will be on show at the Hollytrees Museum, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1UG from Wednesday 7 March to Sunday 15 April 2012.

The Hollytrees in the Community exhibition was organised by Colchester and Ipswich Museums and the Art in the Community group. Art in the Community are a Trust supported group facilitated by North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s Lloyd Armstrong and Lead Artist Clive Wakeford. They have been meeting regularly at Hollytees Museum.

Lloyd Armstrong, Community Psychiatric Nurse said: “We want as many people as possible to come and support our local artists. The exhibition is free and open Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm and on Sundays, 11am -5pm.”
