Attached please find information on upcoming Get Motivated and MHFA courses which are free if you meet the criteria required. Otherwise, there is a £30 charge for Get Motivated and £85 for the MHFA course. Booking Form is also attached.

Mid Essex MIND
Mid Essex MIND are hosting free mind body and spirit taster sessions in Chelmsford, Maldon and Braintree.

They also have a Craft Club running throughout the year.
